POOL USAGE RULES

1. The pool is used at your own risk!

2. Seasonal operation of the heated pool (subject to weather conditions):
             -May 1 – September 30: Free of charge.

3. The pool is heated and cooled using a heat pump system (31–32°C) to maintain a consistent temperature.

4. The pool may only be used when filled to the operational water level (skimmer) and with continuous overflow.

5. The water depth of the pool is 1.5 m.

6. For the safety of our guests, diving into the pool is strictly prohibited!

7. To protect the health and safety of all users, individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating medications are not allowed to use the pool.

8. Children may only use the pool under adult supervision. Please ensure their safety.

9. Please shower before entering the pool and refrain from using the pool if you have illnesses, skin rashes, or infectious conditions.

10. The use of soap or other cosmetic products in the pool is prohibited.

11. Eating and drinking in the pool are not allowed.

12. Introducing any contaminants into the pool is strictly prohibited.

13. Smoking is not allowed in the pool area.

14. Please dispose of food waste, paper, and trash only in the designated bins in the pool area.

15. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

16. Wearing swimwear is mandatory for children as well.

17. Swimming during thunderstorms is strictly forbidden.

18. Always cool your body before entering the water.

19. Please do not touch the filtration system or any pool equipment. The owners are responsible for monitoring the filtration system and handling chemicals.

20. If you notice any malfunction, deterioration in water quality, or damage, please inform the owners immediately.

Any damage caused by improper use of the pool, contamination, or vandalism will result in repair costs, cleaning fees, or full water replacement being charged to the responsible guest.
